Membership Reporting

Membership information is reported in two separate events:
Charge conference which occurs sometime in the fall on a date determined by the District Superintendent, and on Table I of the year-end AC Stats Reporting system.

Note: Charge conference information is reported from Charge Conference to Charge Conference. Year-end AC Stats is reported on the calendar year of January through December.

If membership changes occur between the Charge Conference date and December 31st, they must be reflected in the year-end reports. One cannot use the Charge Conference report for the year-end report.

Below are examples of a Charge Conference Report and a Table I Report.

Notice that the Charge Conference report is just names and dates.
The Table I is just numbers, but includes numbers of classes and other groups and attendance figures. These must be tracked during the year.
